- Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
- Customers are encouraged to review product details, descriptions, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
2. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
- Payments made for confirmed orders cannot be reversed or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
While we maintain strict quality checks, in the rare case of:
- Receiving a damaged product, or
- Receiving a wrong item (different from your order confirmation),
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at
support@haridaskas.com with order details and photos of the product received.
Such cases will be reviewed internally, and our team will determine the appropriate resolution on a
case-by-case basis.
4. Customer Responsibility
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address and contact details while placing the order.
- Haridaskas will not be liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
